All intellectual property rights to AITERRAXIS's original creations remain our property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a usage license for deliverables specified in the contract.

AITERRAXIS cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services concerned.

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
